Shipping & Handling Costs : Our delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. To find out the cost of freight & handling, enter your order online, select a shipping zone ie. Australia or Outside of Australia, and click on the [RECALCULATE] button. Our shopping cart program will continue to calculate freight costs each time you order an item(s).

Australian Orders : Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for your goods to arrive

International Orders :
We do not ship to locations outside of Australia

RETURNS

Damaged goods must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. We will issue you with further information on how to return the damaged goods at the time of your report.

Health regulations prohibit the return of our perishable product range, including essential oils and personal care item (unless damaged).

Where our products offer a guarantee ie Electric Oil Burners, if required, please contact us for warranty claim procedures.
